3 Muses LLC is committed to providing a
fun, safe and secure environment for kids in full compliance with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. We take special
measures to help children protect their privacy while online and do not
ask them to disclose more personal information than necessary to
participate in a particular activity, and we take steps to prevent the
posting of contact information.
Participation in many portions of this site do not require Visitors
to submit personally identifiable information, however, some portions
of this site may require personally identifiable information to
participate. Portions of the site requiring personally identifiable
information and the types of personally identifiable information that
may be collected are discussed below. This site will continue to offer
visitors new and ever-changing content, so we may modify our practices
from time to time. Please check back with us regarding our policies and
practices. In the future, any personal information collected shall be
treated in accordance with the privacy policy in effect at the time
information is collected.

In an effort to keep the amount of
information collected from our visitors to a minimum, we generally
limit our collection of information from children to non-personally
identifiable information (e.g., user name, first name only, age,
gender, state, Zip code and area of residence (hometown or country)).
This collection of information is so that children can participate in
activities (e.g., post letters) without providing unnecessary personal
information. However, from time to time, we may request limited
personally identifiable information (e.g., birthdate, child's e-mail
address and/or e-mail address of a parent or a third party); in such
instances parental consent will be required of a child under the age of
13 and detailed policies and practices will be described.
Cosmic Club (Message Boards)
Reading messages
No information is required to be submitted in order to read posted messages or view profiles of approved members.
Posting messages
Users
must register to join the Cosmic Club in order to post messages. The
registration process first asks users to provide their birthdate in
order to determine if they are under the age of 13.
If a user is
under the age of 13, he/she will also be required to provide us with a
user name, a password, the child's e-mail address and the e-mail
address of his/her parent. Once the required information has been
received, an e-mail containing the child's username and password will
be sent to the parent's e-mail address notifying him/her that the child
has registered to join the Cosmic Club and that the parent must submit
the downloadable permission form consenting to the child's
participation in the Cosmic Club. The user name and password will
enable the parent to access his/her child's profile to review, change
or delete. Any time the child modifies his/her profile, the parent will
receive an e-mail from the Administrator notifying them that a
modification has been made. While awaiting consent, the child will
receive one e-mail from the Administrator allowing him/her to activate
the account. The child will not be able to post messages or have
his/her profile viewed by others until the signed permission form is
received from a parent. If a signed permission form is not received
within 7 days of registration, the account will be deactivated and all
information submitted will be deleted from our system.
Users over
the age of 13 will also be required to provide us with a user name, a
password and e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to the address
provided requesting that the user click on a link in order to activate
the account to enable him/her to begin posting.
Parents: While our
message boards are not intended to be a social network (such as
MySpace), please visit

information on the Federal Trade Commission's safety tips for online
social networking online. Please talk to your children about online
safety.
All Users: E-mail addresses collected cannot be viewed publicly and will be used by the Administrator for notification purposes only (i.e. account activation, changes, warnings, account cancellation). In the case of account cancellation or removal by User or parent, all information collected will be removed from our system. From time to time, the Administrator may, at our sole discretion, contact a user via e-mail to upgrade that user's status to Moderator; in such cases, the user would be required to be over the age of 13 and details of Moderator status would be disclosed at such time.
Newsletters
Visitors have the opportunity to subscribe to
the Zodiac Girlz Newsletter by e-mail at zodiacgirlz.com. A child under
the age of 13 subscribing to the newsletter will provide his or her
first name, e-mail address and parent's e-mail address. Upon receipt of
this information an e-mail to the parent will be sent notifying him/her
of the child's request to receive our newsletter on an ongoing basis
and that he/she has the right to request that we remove his/her child
from our newsletter database by using the "unsubscribe" instructions
provided in the initial parental e-mail notification and at the end of
every Zodiac Girlz newsletter. Parents will also be notified that they
may review all personally identifiable information that we have
collected about their child (Parental Review) and may also request that
we delete such information from our database.
Information collected
for Zodiac Girlz newsletters is for the sole purpose of providing
electronic newsletters to the child. Such information may be shared,
transferred or disclosed to third parties who are contracted by us to
perform specific functions directly related to the preparation and/or
delivery of the electronic newsletters only and have agreed to the
maintain this information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Electronic Postcards (E-cards)
At zodiacgirlz.com,
visitors have the opportunity to send electronic postcards (E-cards)
which depict Zodiac Girlz™ characters and original artwork to friends
and family. The only personal information requested of the E-card
sender is first name, however the sender is also asked to provide the
first name and email address of the recipient. Information collected
for E-cards is used for the sole purpose of sending the requested
E-card and is then deleted from our database once the card is sent.

Visitors to zodiacgirlzblog.com may leave comments on posts. The information collected at the time of commenting is the user's name and email address for the sole purpose of authenticating security and preventing spam. The email address is immediately deleted before the comment is accepted for posting to the website. Only the first name of the user will be kept.

Zodiac Girlz Cosmic Boutique, (zgboutique.com) is a website dedicated
to the sale of Zodiac Girlz products. Visitors may view Zodiac Girlz
products offered for sale by 3 Muses, LLC; however, you must be 18
years of age or older and have a valid credit card in order to make a
purchase or register with My Boutique Account.
Making a Purchase

information practices may be different from ours. Sometimes the other
sites might conduct contests or sweepstakes that are promoted on this

retained by 3 MUSES, LLC. This data includes aggregate information
